The year really started off with some blasts from the past. First the Aspire Nautilus 2S and now a re-imaged Kayfun Lite. Many vapers were introduced into high end, high quality atomizers with the early Kayfun series. The new Kayfun [Lite] is the best of all design elements from the past few iterations with maybe one or two little niggles.
Anytime anything comes out of Eden Mods we get seriously stoked. They make some of the best vape products on the planet hands down. And they have been at it for longer than a lot of other companies. The Salix is their first RDA in a long time if not ever now that we think about it. Eden has always been know for their bullet proof incredible line of Rose RTAs. Their is some serious innovation and performance underneath this rather clean and simple looking RDA…
Well sometimes we are a little late to the game with our reviews. The Berserker sat in our review pile for quite a while, but we fired it up this week and we’re very pleasantly surprised. The Berserker MTL RTA is a joint effort of Vandy Vape and YouTube reviewer Alex from VapersMD. It was one of the first mass produced MTL tanks to come out of Asia that wasn’t a clone. Some might say it was ahead of the curve when it comes to the now large resurgence of MTL vaping.
Bret Ohman Fels is a master when it comes to making mods and accessories out of Titanium. If you don’t know this is one hard metal to machine. But it’s much tougher than steel and looks a hell of a lot better too. Ohman Stuff (Bret’s Company) is probably best know for his killer drip tips (you need to own some if you don’t) and his accessories for the Billet Box. But long ago he made a little all-in-one mechanical mod with a hybrid RDA. He called it the Drip Stick and it has been reborn right in time for the Nic Salt craze.
Our Friends over at E-Apothecary released a MTL version of their popular RTA the Churchill a couple months back and we could’t be happier with the current surge in popularity of higher nic salts based liquid. MTL resurged thanks to popularity of the Billet Box and now there are a bunch of MTL (Mouth-to-Lung) attys hitting the market. Like the first Churchill this one is up there with the Kayfuns, Skylines & Hussars of the vaping world.
