Meet the evil looking VO Tech M Tank. Sporting big fat coils, dark aesthetic, and smooth ass airflow this might just be a killer subtank…

The M Tank is really clean and simple, with a nice clicky AFC and a low profile overall design, it’s a pretty compact 22mm tank. The big coils in either 0.2 or 0.5 ohms hold everything together. Be sure to crank on them pretty good or you may have trouble with top filling as the top cap may loosen the coil if you aren’t carful. The gold accents aren’t our thing (hard to match with any of our mods), but we can see how it would look dope on their murdered out Dagger Mod. It comes with one of each coil and a chuff and drip tip. Really everything you need to get vaping. Simple is good.

Flavour is quite good, the coils wick very well and stay nice and saturated. The 0.2 is where it’s at for us. Nice warm flavourful vape in around 50W. The M sure chucks some decent cloud while still delivering very good flavour.

The AFC is nice and clicky and has 3 slots around the base of the tank. We like it closed half way for intense flavour. Airflow is pretty smooth, not super loud but has a nice draw sound on inhale. There is no sign of any turbulence. It’s a wider restricted draw tank, sort of in between a cloud chucker and a flavourchaser, it should make a lot of people happy.

Coils are impressive, they last a long time. We have vaped a 0.2 ohm for over 2 weeks and ran several different high VG juice through it. There is some signs of wear (caramelization) but flavour is still very good. There are 8 wicking holes, 4 large and 4 small that seem to do a stellar job at keeping things nice and saturated. The best part, a 4-pack of replacements will only run you $16, pretty fair.

Juice capacity is in around 2-2.5ml and may be an issue for some. You will find yourself filling quite often, the good news is it’s an easy task. The top fill works well (again make sure your coil is in nice and tight). For the flavour and the performance, it’s work the extra effort.

VO Tech puts out great products, everything they do they do right, taking the time to bullet proof their designs. This is a steal at $30. Easily rivalling other popular SubTanks at a much better price point. The coils are awesome, last a long time and are cheap to replace. We aren’t sure what more there is to ask for in a SubTank, maybe an all black colour way? Check this one out, you are in for a treat. Great tank for those days when you have had it with rebuilding .
