We had the pleasure of going abroad for the holidays this year and along the way we stopped in Paris. This was the one stop on the trip that we really wanted to check out the juice scene. Our friends at Vaponaute have always intrigued us with their profile creations and we wanted to see what else Paris and France as a whole had to offer.

Well we found what we were looking for at Kitclope, a vape shop that has a bunch of location around paris and just so happened to be close to where we were staying. We have a bit of language barrier but we figured things out and we picked up and we also given quite a few profiles to review. Before we get into Curieux Liquide’s Licorne we have to just say how blown away we are with the sophistication of the juice scene in France. The juices are less sweet, more subtle, beautifully designed, and offer flavour combinations that are more unique or maybe even more adult than the North American market. Now mind you there is a large focus on Tobaccos and Menthols, but some pretty amazing ones. Maybe the talk of moving away from candy and dessert flavours by government legislation won’t be that bad if we can get have as good as what we have experienced out of these French liquids.

Now Licorne just so happens to be a Fruit Menthol(Coolata) vape but wow is it grown up. It’s not overly sweet or in your face. Sure Dragon Fruit vapes exists but the balance and choice of Strawberry flavouring to compliment it is really outstanding. The two fruits blend so naturally together and the subtle addition of a hit of Coolata adds a refreshing quality that keeps you coming in for more. If you are sick of the same old and want to give something new a try maybe look at shipping an order in from France.
