The name may not be the best, but what the company is trying to do deserves a nod. Personally like the hexagonal outer design and looks great on a HexOhm. Where this RDA shines is with the innovative cyclonic airflow design, the flavour is really good, the spitback plate on the drip tip works well, but it does create a bit of a tickle on the back of your throat you may need to get used to.
The airflow is a little restrictive but very smooth, one of the guys at DashVapes made the comment “it’s funny, but it’s like the airflow is really consistant”, and we completely agree the design may or may not be creating a cyclone in your top cap but its doing something different and right. There is no leaking, and it holds a good amount of juice (at least 15 drops).
The review build was a dual coil 26 Gage at 2mm with 7 wraps coming in at around a 0.4 Ohm, running it at 4.5 Volts at 50 Watts the vape is a little warm (its no Derringer), dense, and flavourful. The wide bore drip tip is nice, gives a flavour chaser the feel of a chuff cap without losing the flavour. Dripping is great, pull the drip tip and you have full wide view and access to your coils. Watch your builds on this one, be gentle on the screws or they will clip your wires, line the top of your coils with the top of the posts and keep them sort of tight to the posts to give enough clearance for the top cap. The flavour is there with the likes of the Derringer, Marquis, Vertex v2, and Freakshow but the airflow has a feel to it like no other RDA we have tried, its subjective, you may love it or hate it, but at $20 give it a go.
