Want a stabilized wood box mod but don’t have the $350+ to buy one? Well now maybe you can, introducing the new SXK Gem Box Mod, comes with either an authentic Evolve DNA 40 (small screen) chipset or SXK’s own 60W DNA clone. The Evolve version comes in a black colorway while the 60W comes in silver, both come with a randomly selected Stabilized Wood finish as well. From the looks of it there is also a mix of full Stabilized and Hybrid finishes. We are never big fans of not having wood selection when purchasing your mod, but at these prices it’s something you can live with for sure! All the samples look pretty good and again this is a stellar deal. It just goes to show that mass production isn’t that bad of an option when you can see massive cost reductions. Sure we’ll have to wait and see how good the fit and finish is, but the pics look pretty good.

Don’t discount the 60W version, it’s a pretty highly rated DNA clone that has Titanium presets and a ‘purity’ setting to help fine tune your vape even more. Check out Mike Vapes review of the board, it’s the same as the SXK mini mod. To get a better sense of size and feel you can compare this to the Carlos Creations Delta DNA40 Box Mod, it’s going to be a tight little package.

Either way you choose, you are bound to get a high quality stabilized mod that may have been out of your reach until now. We need to see more mods like this coming out of China, and maybe, just maybe this will help start a change to the high end Mod market (crazy prices, secret facebook groups, random buying lists, and long waits have to go).
