Damn! Exciting times right now for new tanks! E-Phoenix just announced the Hurricane Junior at VPX Las Vegas. There is a lot about this new version to get excited about, the biggest thing if the $100 price tag, finally a more accessibly priced Hurricane. This should open up the market for E-Phoenix quite a bit, they make outstanding products and now everyone can basically afford the cost of entry. Other features include, more airflow, new larger redesigned build deck, juice flow control, a “more liquid inlet” which we take to mean a fill port, dual coil optional deck, smaller overall height, and the ability to add some personal flair with multiple AFC ring finish options. Seems that this offering has been very well thought out. No news yet on a release date, but we are guessing it will be soon.

ATHEA Mods is known for making some of the best Genesis Attys out there (In’AX series). There was an interesting dripper version of the In’AX but this new atty is pretty original. It looks like a RDA but is technically an RTA thanks to an internal tank section. Leave it the ATHEA to design truly original ideas, we imagine this system works rather well if they have thought it up and produced it. We will be have a full review soon. Got to love the name.

Sector One brought us the AX1 RDA with its unique build deck and bottom airflow. It’s a compact beautifully designed little atty, well they have been busy, their new RTA is about to hit the market! We can expect a variation or very similar build deck that is housed in a rather compact tank. The name is yet to be released (any day now) but we are pretty excited about the design and the prospect of another killer flavour RTA. Not a lot of details have been released yet either, so most of the points below are estimations until we get more info. They have been updating their Facebook page regularly.
